We are moving to the Virgin Islands!

I have some big news! We are moving our family to the Virgin Islands in the end of August! There are many reasons why we are doing this (which I will cover in this blog), but the main one is we want to take our family on an adventure and see if we can slow down the pace of our lives. Oliver loves sailing, I love the beach, and our kids love "unstructured" playtime - the Virgin Islands seem like the perfect place for us!

There has been a lot of planning, prep, obstacles and leaps of faith so far on our journey. People we have told have so many questions and general curiosity about our move: Why did we decide to move? How did we decide to take the full leap? What planning and prep did we need to do to move there? Will the kids go to school? How can I stay updated on your year?
